Shipping Fees

For orders totaling 10,000 yen (including tax) or more, nationwide shipping is free.
For orders under 10,000 yen, standard shipping fees will apply.


Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges due to Difference in Image

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's personal reasons (e.g., difference in image).

While we strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, please understand that they may appear slightly different from the actual product due to your monitor environment, lighting conditions during photography, etc.


Returns and Exchanges due to Initial Defects

In the unlikely event that an initial defect is found in the delivered product, please contact us at the email address below within 7 days of product arrival.

We will promptly arrange for a return or exchange.

Please note that in the following cases, we will provide repair services instead of returns or exchanges.

  • If more than 7 days have passed since the product arrived.

  • Products that have already been used.

※Products with tags removed or protective film peeled off will also be considered used.

 


Warranty Period

MONOGRIIS watches come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, if a manufacturing defect in the movement occurs under normal use, we will provide free repair.

※The warranty period is based on the purchase date stated on the warranty card.


Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies when the following conditions are met:

  • Manufacturing defects within the movement that occur under normal use.

  • Within the warranty period.

  • All required information (purchase date, product information, etc.) is correctly stated on the warranty card.


Exclusions from Warranty

The following cases are excluded from warranty, even within the warranty period:

  • Damage due to dropping, impact, misuse, or negligence.

  • Malfunctions due to water exposure, submersion, or humidity.

  • Accuracy issues due to magnetism.

  • Damage due to improper use or environment.

  • Disassembly, modification, or repairs/adjustments by unauthorized repairers.

  • External components such as case, glass, crown, hands, dial, and strap.

  • Battery replacement, replacement of consumables.

  • Cosmetic changes due to aging (scratches, discoloration, etc.).


Repairs

Even within the warranty period, repairs not covered by the warranty will be charged.
We will inform you of the repair details and costs in advance.

If you wish to request a repair, please contact us in advance via the inquiry form on our official website.
We will assess the product's condition and guide you through the repair process.


About the Warranty Card

To receive warranty service, the warranty card must be presented.
Please keep your warranty card safe as it cannot be reissued.

If the warranty card is missing required information or the content is unidentifiable,
we may refuse warranty service.

  • This warranty is valid for use within Japan.

  • Warranty contents may change without prior notice.

  • This warranty is for product repair and does not guarantee exchange or refund.
