Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@growing-osaka.com. Approved returns must be sent to the following address: [Insert Return Address]. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishables (such as food, fresh flowers, and plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care or hygiene items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As with the policy above, the item must be in the same condition as when received — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
