Shipping policy

Shipping Rates All domestic orders within Japan are shipped free of charge, regardless of the product or quantity. For international orders, shipping fees vary depending on the destination.

Please note that import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery for international orders and are the responsibility of the buyer. MONOGRIIS is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Shipping Method All orders are shipped using our designated carrier. Customers are not able to select a preferred shipping method.

Tracking Your Order You can track your shipment by entering your tracking number on the FEDEX Transport website.

Delivery Time We use tracked shipping methods to ensure reliable delivery. Orders generally arrive within 2–3 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery to remote islands or outlying areas may take 3–4 days. Delays may also occur due to natural disasters or large-scale events in certain regions. We appreciate your understanding.

Damage During Shipping We take great care in packaging your order to prevent scratches or dents to the outer box. However, once the package is handed over to the carrier, there is a possibility of damage occurring during transit due to circumstances beyond our control. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor scratches or dents to the outer packaging that do not affect the use of the product itself.

If You Are Not Home If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a missed delivery notice. Please follow the instructions on the notice to arrange a redelivery. Please note that packages will be held for 7 days from the date of shipment. If the package is not claimed within this period, it will be returned to us.
